REFUND POLICY

At Ustudy.academy and KTEC, we strive for student satisfaction. However, as we provide digital products, our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility:

·         Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

·         Refunds are not applicable if:

·         Course content has been downloaded or accessed extensively (more than 20% completion).

·         You have received certification for the course.

 

How to Request a Refund:

·         Email support@ustudy.academy with your registered email ID, payment details, and the reason for the refund request.

·         Refunds will be processed via Razorpay within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method.

 

Nonrefundable Items:

·         Subscription plans after the initial trial period.

·         Customized learning solutions or corporate training programs.

 

Exceptional Cases:

·         In rare circumstances, we may provide partial refunds at our discretion.
